CityDorm
CityDorm student dormitory was opened in 2016 at the centre of Nicosia. CityDorm consists of 27 1+1 double and 24 single studio rooms and it attracts attention with its location that is close to the universities, shopping malls, and state institutions. The rooms have been carefully prepared by considering all the needs of the students. CityDorm was established by Ilkay M Genc Ltd in which is one of the most long-established companies of Northern Cyprus.
In all of the rooms of City Dorm student dormitory, there are inverter A/C, 32” full HD led TV, central satellite system, free internet, kitchen, cooker, hood, hot water, fridge, bathroom-WC, telephone, wardrobe, nightstand and work desk. The double rooms have been arranged as 1+1 and possible conflicts that may arise due to different sleeping, studying and TV watching times of the students have been eliminated. The rooms are carefully cleaned by City Dorm staff on a weekly basis. There are 24/7 reception service and security guards with whom the students can always communicate.
There are also elevators, generators, laundry, drying machines, parking lot, CCTV closed circuit camera systems, password door opening systems, fire alarm systems, heat, and sound insulation are available in the dormitory. City Dorm offers easy access to all universities in the city centre by considering all of the needs of students in the rooms. The choice of the ones who are sensitive about their own space, the single rooms and affordable 1+1 double rooms stand out beyond the others with their spacious & wide structures.
